At the USF Optical and Laser Spectroscopy Laboratory we are using advanced spectroscopic techniques to investigate condensed matter quantum systems. Read More

Our facilities include a Verdi-pumped Ti:Sapphire Laser and OPO (Coherent Inc.), grating spectrometer, high-resolution Bomem FTIR spectrometer with 50 cm and 250 cm scanning tubes, liquid Helium cryostats capable of reaching 1.8 K, and two Multidimensional Optical Nonlinear Spectrometers (MONSTR) that allow us to perform phase-sensitive measurements and extract hidden quantum information from a variety of samples.
