USF Computing Resources

University of South Florida computing resources have been expanded tremendously in the past several years. Our group has access to the CIRCE cluster managed by the USF Research Computing Department. The cluster has been updated to 6,000 cores and all software is supported by the Research Computing personnel.

National Supercomputing Machines

Our group uses extensively the supercomputing facilities in the University of Illinois' National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) through TeraGrid support. Such machines are vital to our research efforts in relation to studying relatively large systems and obtain adequate results in relatively short time.
