Welcome to Dr. Datta's Research Webpage

Our research is inclined to understand the structure-property relationships between the active building blocks in functional nanostructures. The nature of the research is highly interdisciplinary where a major thrust is given on preparing novel nanostructures of a library of technologically important metals, semiconductors and insulator materials. The current projects are inclined to investigate the enhanced and unique materials properties observed in nano-size regime potentially useful for Energy and Memory applications.
