The R code files are stored in Github because my web server will not allow files ending in .R. To run the .R files, click the relevant link, copy the file contents in your browser and paste them into your R or Rstudio file window.

Kepes & McDaniel - Sensitivity Analysis in Meta-Analytic Reviews

Sensitivity Example. This program (Sensitivity analysis of correlationsversion SIOP 2017.R) runs the meta-analysis of correlations of brain size and intelligence. You will need 3 files in the same directory for the Kepes & McDaniel software to run properly (this program, sensitivity program-subroutine V1_6, Excel data sheet; see the two files immediately following).

V1_6_sensitivity analysis for correlations.R. This program contains the code for all the sensitivity analysis (a subroutine).

Example Data. This program contains the data for the example.

Table in Word format. This file contains a Word file as an example for publication.

Sensitivity analysis output in Excel. This contains an Excel file with numerical and grapics output as an example. Graphics outputs are also contained in individual png files..

Brannick & Potter - Improved Weights for Estimating the Mean

R code. A program illustrating blended weights (SnH2015.R) and another for Monte Carlo studies of the weights (BlendedMonteCarlo.R). Blended weights application has data embedded so it will run without additional files. You would typically input your own as done in the Kepes example.
